Judy has an extensive background as a health care professional with degrees in Nursing, Education and Occupational Therapy and she is currently enrolled in a full-time post-professional Occupational Therapy Doctoral program thru the University of Utah. She is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Utica College Occupational Therapy program Class of 1995 and has criss-crossed the United States while working in various settings and locations until finally settling in Arizona in 2013. Judy considers all things child-related to be her primary area of interest, but has worked in settings across the age continuum. She has extensive experience working with children with developmental delays, physical and mental ‘challenges’, children on the autism spectrum and other areas as well.
Judy’s leisure time activities mainly center around travel, however, with full- time work in a school setting and full-time studies, her travels have been more restricted. A lifelong vegetarian who enjoys cooking, when she isn’t at work, at school, in the kitchen, Judy can be found at a local gym on the treadmill or the recumbent bike or in the pool!
